Proposed East Wanneroo Precinct 8 - Ranch Road Local Structure Plan

A large development structure plan has been proposed for East Wanneroo. If you live in Banksia Grove, Mariginiup or Tapping this development could very likely impact you. The City of Wanneroo has invited the public for comment.

We have identified what we see as some of the issues with this plan and have put forward possible solutions.

Youth Pathways

Our region has a substantial and growing representation of young people under the age of 18. Large parts of our communities are experiencing significant issues related to our youth. However, we are seeing little-to-no focus on this from all levels of decision-makers.

We believe the lack of vision and action on this issue is severly letting down young people in the area as well as negatively impacting the wider community.

We are putting together a proposal to help forge positive pathways for our young people and improve the safety and well-being of all residents.
