Please Note We initially reached out to councillors asking for their comments regarding this structure plan. However, it has come to our attention that during the public consultation period, councillors must remain impartial to avoid influencing the public feedback process. This page will now be used as space that we can ask councillors for feedback once the matter is brought before the council.

The councillor responses were positive to our questions and they made it clear they take community feedback seriously. We encourage you to submit your comment if you want your view counted.

We have created this page to facilitate councillors’ ability to respond to proposed plans in the area and provide feedback on community concerns or questions once matters have been brought before the council.

This can help create a dialogue that supports the decisions they need to make for our region and the decisions we need to make when it comes to choosing our representatives.

Dear Councillor,

We are from the Friends of East Wanneroo community group and seek your comments on the “Proposed East Wanneroo Precinct 8 – Ranch Road Local Structure Plan”.

Our aim is to provide an online space where the community can voice their concerns/comments, and you have a transparent space to respond. This will strengthen the link between local residents and our councillors, improving outcomes for the region as a whole.

We have tried to make the process for you to respond as quick and easy as possible.
